The e-mail address is your login and cannot be changed here — write to sales if it has to change.

Download everything we hold about your account (details, requests, status history) as one file.
Edit request
The files you sent with the original request stay with us — attach new files only if the design changed. Change the quantity or any option below and send the request again.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. For deliveries in the EU the VAT is set in the official offer: businesses with a valid VAT number (checked in VIES) receive an intra-EU supply exempt from VAT; otherwise the EU rules apply.
Outside the EU shipping is not calculated here and there are no Economy / Express options. You can collect the goods Ex Works (from ELECTRA's premises) and arrange your own transport, or ask us to quote shipping: the price and delivery time are worked out for your destination and sent in the official offer. The total does not include shipping.
Export outside the EU: exempt from VAT. Customs duties, import VAT and other charges are paid in the destination country; shipping and customs formalities are confirmed in the offer.

Saved to your account, with the price shown above — and an email with the full detail is prepared for the sales team. An engineer will review the project and check the form was filled in correctly, then get back to you with any necessary observations, if applicable, and the final price.
This is a quote request, not an order: it commits you to nothing. A contract is concluded only when ELECTRA confirms the order in writing.
