Material details
The thickness of the aluminium base and the thermal conductivity of the dielectric depend on the heat your design must carry. Write your requirement in the notes of the request, and our engineers confirm in the official offer what we can supply. Do not specify a value you have not checked in the datasheet of your LED or power parts.
