Materials, layers and thickness

Copper and Tg

A higher Tg withstands sustained heat better, useful for lead-free assembly or boards that run warm. Tg 150 and 170 are available only for certain thickness and copper combinations. Details in FR4 PCBs and Tg and in copper thickness.
Finish, mask and silkscreen

Holes, tracks and sizes

Frequently asked questions
What are the standard options for a PCB?
FR4, 18 µm base copper on double-sided boards, Tg 135 °C, lead-free HASL finish, green mask and white silkscreen. You choose anything else in the calculator.
Can I order Tg 150 or 170?
Yes, for certain thickness and copper combinations, shown in the calculator. A higher Tg helps with lead-free assembly and boards that run warm.
Can I order an ENIG finish or black mask?
ENIG is currently unavailable. Black mask is chosen directly in the calculator, with a small surcharge shown live.
